Cointreau, the iconic triple sec brand, has selected the finalists in its Cointreau Creative Crew (CCC) Grant Scheme.
The philanthropic initiative sought to identify and empower female creativity across South Africa. The winner will be announced by the judging panel at the CCC Grand Finale at The Stack in Cape Town on 4 April 2017.
In The Loop host, Zizipho will chat to the South African brand manager of Cointreau, Tamika Sewnarain this Friday at 10:30am. With a team of chic designers, acclaimed performers and photographers, the CCC Grant Scheme offers an exclusive communication platform encouraging women (and men) to “DreamDareCreate”.
A total of 15 finalists have been selected from a long list of creatives within the art, music, design, film, food and even cocktail industries. One entrepreneur will be awarded the grand prize of a R100 000 bursary to support a creative project of their own.
“We are very excited to give these incredible individuals a unique platform to express their creativity and showcase their work. It is also inspiring that South Africa has been chosen to pioneer this movement outside of UK and Europe, to recognise the extraordinary talent our country holds,” says Cointreau South Africa’s brand manager, Tamika Sewnarain.
The CCC is a global initiative made up of influential game-changer women who are independent, chic and inspiring. The concept aims to inspire women to fulfil their dreams, dare to be creative, believe in their dreams and bring them to life.
